Pastor Doug Todak -- The Rev. Doug Todak began his service at St. Luke's UMC on July 1, 2007. A 2007 graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary, Doug also has degrees from Central Michigan University and Michigan State University. Originally from Elyria, Ohio, Doug has lived in the Washington area since 1999. He and his wife, Rachel Watkins, have a daughter, Ithemba.
Director of Music Ministry Dr. Don Armstrong -- Don was the former Music Director of North Bethesda UMC (2000 - 2006) and most recently the Director of the Tulsa Opera Studio in Oklahoma. After spending a year in Tulsa, Don realized how much he missed the DC area and Church Music. Don brings to St. Luke's incredible music skills including conducting, vocal professor, pianist, organist and administrator. Don has also directed the Maryland Choral Society, and has 15 years experience as Church Director of Music.
Custodian Redmon Barber -- Redmon became a member of St. Luke's staff in September 1997 as Church Custodian. Redmon makes certain our Church building is always spotless and he also keeps the garden trimmed and tidy. His ready smile and pleasant manner add to the warmth of St. Luke's Church.
Director of Administration and Programs/Shelter Director Shalom Mulkey -- Shalom joined St. Luke's in June 2003 after working at N Street Village, where she has held the positions of Business Manager and Executive Assistant. She also currently serves as Local Program Coordinator for Mennonite Voluntary Service. Shalom has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.
